Elle n&rsquo;a notamment pas d&rsquo;impact sur les recaptures des individus (Watts &amp; al. 2006). Le pattes chez les Odonates sont capables de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration dans une certaine proportion : 42% dans le cas d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude de<em>  Coenagrionidae <\/em>selon Saxton &amp; al. (2020). Des pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur des \u00e9chantillons tr\u00e8s anciens (collections ou mus\u00e9es) ou sur des exuvies (Watts &amp; al. 2005, Haring &amp; al. 2021, Sittenthaler &amp; al. 2023) donnent de bons r\u00e9sultats pour les \u00e9tudes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude de l&rsquo;ADN environnemental (ADNe) permet aussi d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der aux inventaires des Odonates dans une certaine mesure (Barnes &amp; al. 2014).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(238,238,238) 44%,rgb(169,184,195) 100%);font-size:24px\">Protocole simple pour le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de pattes d&rsquo;Odonates sur le terrain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9thanol absolu (au moins \u00e9gal \u00e0 <strong>95\u00b0<\/strong>, non d\u00e9natur\u00e9 de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence) est id\u00e9al. pour pr\u00e9server l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ADN. L&rsquo;Isopropanol (au moins \u00e9gal \u00e0 90\u00b0) reste une alternative lorsque le premier produit n&rsquo;est pas disponible (Boohmann &amp; al. 2018). La conservation se fait dans des <strong>tubes Eppendorf<\/strong> (1,5 \u00e0 2 ml) herm\u00e9tiques, compl\u00e8tement remplis d&rsquo;alcool afin de diminuer l&rsquo;action de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne qui pourrait d\u00e9grader l&rsquo;ADN. Le stockage peut se faire \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour de l&rsquo;alcool \u00e0 95\u00b0, id\u00e9alement \u00e0 conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur \u00e0 <strong>4\u00b0C<\/strong>, voire m\u00eame \u00e0 -20\u00b0C au cong\u00e9lateur pour des stockages de longue dur\u00e9e en laboratoire. Les pattes pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es sont \u00e0 mettre <strong>directement<\/strong> dans l&rsquo;alcool, sans nettoyage pr\u00e9alable, en \u00e9vitant tout s\u00e9chage, cause de d\u00e9gradation de l&rsquo;ADN. L&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9tiquetage<\/strong> se fait \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur du tube, voire directement dans le tube si on utilise du papier imperm\u00e9able. Il s&rsquo;agit de coder les individus, d\u00e9signer l&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e, le lieu de capture rep\u00e9r\u00e9e par GPS de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, la date et le nom du pr\u00e9leveur (Hajibabaei &amp; al. 2005, Watts &amp; al. 2007, Rykkn &amp; al. 2007), un fichier ad\u00e9quat peut servir \u00e0 simplifier l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquetage. Afin de <strong>documenter <\/strong>le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement, des photographies du sp\u00e9cimens faites rapidement afin de limiter le stress et de l&rsquo;habitat seront utiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>conditions l\u00e9gales<\/strong>, notamment protection des esp\u00e8ces ou des sites doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es avant tout pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Barnes M.A. &amp; al. 2014 <\/strong>&#8211; Environmental conditions influence eDNA persistence in aquatic systems. &#8211; <em>Environ.
