(2025). Il en ressort deux nouvelle synonymies : <em>Chlorogomphus montanus <\/em>(= <em>Chlorogomphus nasutus<\/em>) et <em>Chlorogomphus urolobatus <\/em>(= <em>Chlorogomphus infuscatus<\/em>). Celle propos\u00e9e ant\u00e9rieurement, <em>Chlorogomphus suzukii <\/em>(= <em>Chlorogomphus tunti) <\/em>est confirm\u00e9e. Alors qu&rsquo;on pensait que <em>Chlorogomphus nasutus <\/em>\u00e9tait une esp\u00e8ce collective comprenant trois taxons, ce sont deux taxons qui sont retenus seulement, le troisi\u00e8me gardant valeur de sous-esp\u00e8ce : <em>Chlorogomphus nasutus <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">s.str.<\/span> <\/em>(\u00e9quivalent de <em>Chlorogomphus nasutus nasutus<\/em>, sous-esp\u00e8ce type) et <em>Chlorogomphus satoi <\/em>(\u00e9quivalent de <em>Chlorogomphus nasutus satoi<\/em>, une sous-esp\u00e8ce, <em>Chlorogomphus satoi hamalaisensis<\/em>). Dans leur conclusion les auteurs pr\u00e9cisent que leurs r\u00e9sultats tendent \u00e0 confirmer que les <em>Chlorogomphidae <\/em>forment une famille monotypique repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le genre <em>Chlorogomphus<\/em>. Ils pr\u00e9cisent qu&rsquo;ils y ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des synonymies, mais consid\u00e8rent que d&rsquo;autres cas sont envisageables par des \u00e9tudes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;entame une analyse aussi pr\u00e9cise que possible dans un \u00ab\u00a0temps raisonnable\u00a0\u00bb le 23 octobre 2025. Les d\u00e9tails et conclusions sont donn\u00e9s ci-dessous. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus dans un premier temps sur la base de l&rsquo;arbre phylog\u00e9n\u00e9tique repris et annot\u00e9 ci-dessous. Dans un second temps, j&rsquo;ai pu lire l&rsquo;article complet, qui en d\u00e9finitive est relativement \u00ab\u00a0bref\u00a0\u00bb vu \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;ampleur de la famille\u00a0\u00bb, essentiellement ax\u00e9 sur une mise en place d&rsquo;informations et de premi\u00e8res conclusions jug\u00e9es les plus solides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Schneider T. &amp; al. 2025<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Molecular phylogenetic analysis of the family<em>Chlorogomphidae<\/em> (Odonata, Anisoptera). &#8211; <em>Invertebrate Systematics,<\/em> 39, 4 septembre 2025&nbsp;: IS25016.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-palette-1-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Auteurs et pr\u00e9sentation<\/span><\/mark> &#8211; Schneider T., Vierstraete A., Kosterin O.E., Ikemeyer D., Hu F.S., Kompier T. &amp; Dumont H. &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publish.csiro.au\/IS\/IS25016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>doi<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;(traduction libre) &#8211; L&rsquo;analyse phylog\u00e9n\u00e9tique de la famille des&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphidae<\/em>&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de deux marqueurs nucl\u00e9aires, les r\u00e9gions ITS et histone H3-H4, et d&rsquo;un fragment de codage \u00e0 barres du g\u00e8ne mitochondrial COI, en utilisant les s\u00e9quences obtenues dans cette \u00e9tude et adopt\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de GenBank. Leur analyse conjointe a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du logiciel StarBEAST. Au total, 36 (64%) des 56 esp\u00e8ces des trois genres actuellement reconnus dans cette famille ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es. Notre analyse a montr\u00e9 que les&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphidae<\/em> constituent une famille monotypique contenant le seul genre sp\u00e9cique&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphus<\/em>&nbsp;Selys, 1854.&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphus montanus<\/em>&nbsp;Chao, 1999,&nbsp;<em>syn. nov.<\/em>&nbsp;est synonyme de&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphus nasutus<\/em>&nbsp;Needham, 1930,&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphus urolobatus<\/em>&nbsp;Chen, 1950,&nbsp;<em>syn. nov.<\/em>&nbsp;est synonyme de&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphus infuscatus<\/em>&nbsp;Needham, 1930. La synonymie de&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphus suzukii<\/em>&nbsp;Oguma, 1926 et&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphus tunti<\/em>&nbsp;Needham, 1930 est confirm\u00e9e. Quelques autres synonymes potentiels sont discut\u00e9s. Les arbres phylog\u00e9n\u00e9tiques reconstruits ici ont montr\u00e9 que le nom d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ce&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphus nasutus<\/em>&nbsp;Needham, 1930 se r\u00e9f\u00e8re en fait \u00e0 deux (et non trois) taxons diff\u00e9rents. (2025), compl\u00e9ments et commentaires.<br>\u2022&nbsp;27 au 30 octobre 2025 &#8211; Approfondissement des lectures (Karube 1995, Asahina 1995, Karube 2002, 2013, Zhang <em>in <\/em>Odonata of China [2022]) et mise en coh\u00e9rence. L&rsquo;examen de la paire <em>Chlorogomphus takakuwai \/ C. miyatashi <\/em>tr\u00e8s proche g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement, r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la paire, m\u00eame si elle montre des similitudes ou des variations morphologiques, pr\u00e9sente des caract\u00e9ristiques, certes subtiles qui r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 leur fusion. Ceux-ci m\u00e9ritent au moins le rang de sous-esp\u00e8ce. La g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, ce n&rsquo;est pas de la synonoymie automatique.<br><br>La m\u00e9thodologie est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur des bases \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9duites\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;abord, amplement compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par mes notes personnelles, des recherches d&rsquo;illustrations et des lectures suppl\u00e9mentaires mettent en coh\u00e9rence les d\u00e9ductions et la structure obtenue g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement par les auteurs. Ceci conforte la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des genres <em>Orogomphus, Chlorogomphus<\/em> et <em>Indorogomphus, <\/em>ainsi que la synonymie de <em>Chloropetalia <\/em>avec la branche <em>Orogomphus (Orogomphus) <\/em>tout comme le maintient du genre <em>Watanabeopetalia <\/em>replac\u00e9 comme sous-genre de <em>Chlorogomphus<\/em>. La m\u00e9thode synth\u00e9tique des auteurs (<em>op. cit.<\/em>) conduisent \u00e0 la monotypie (<em>Chlorogomphus <\/em>genre unique) : c&rsquo;est une m\u00e9thode simple et robuste. Celle appliqu\u00e9e ici (conservation et information) plus analytique, conforte la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de plusieurs genres ou sous-genres <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">d\u00e9j\u00e0 propos\u00e9s par les auteurs<\/span>. Sa qualit\u00e9 est renforc\u00e9e par la coh\u00e9rence des r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9duits issus de sources diff\u00e9rentes et vari\u00e9es. La coh\u00e9rence et la stabilit\u00e9 taxonomique est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e : les travaux ant\u00e9rieurs sont analys\u00e9s autant que possible en profondeur. <br><br><strong>A suivre&#8230; <\/strong>projet de recherche lecture des Odonates de Chine (Zhang 2019), contr\u00f4le des synonymies propos\u00e9es par Schneider &amp; al. (2025), diagnostic historique et par l&rsquo;observation des genres et sous-genres propos\u00e9s ici.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:12px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne peux me baser dans un premier temps que sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui transparaissent afin d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir une lecture raisonn\u00e9e des r\u00e9sultats propos\u00e9s ou indiqu\u00e9s. Je me propose le 23 octobre 2025 d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s sur les esp\u00e8ces consid\u00e9r\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;arbre phylog\u00e9n\u00e9tique qui concerne partiellement les esp\u00e8ces de la famille des <em>Chlorogomphidae <\/em>en l&rsquo;analysant de haut en bas. J&rsquo;ai mis en \u00e9vidence quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s qui aideront \u00e0 la lecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>C&rsquo;est alors, avec un grand plaisir et une curiosit\u00e9 av\u00e9r\u00e9e que j&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u un exemplaire de cet article le 24 octobre 2025 (!). Je me suis donc m&rsquo;appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 le lire en d\u00e9tail. Avec mes remerciements aux auteurs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9marche de Schneider &amp; al. (2025) est inclusive. Ainsi l&rsquo;ensemble des <em>Chlorogomphidae <\/em>sont ramen\u00e9es au genre <em>Chlorogomphus <\/em>(branche ABC de l&rsquo;arbre annot\u00e9 ci-dessous). Ma d\u00e9marche est plus conservatrice et informative, aussi j&rsquo;ai analys\u00e9 chacune des branches en regard des efforts ant\u00e9rieurs de classification taxonomique men\u00e9e par les auteurs. Il s&rsquo;en d\u00e9gage les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants. La branche B correspond au genre <em>Chlorogomphus, <\/em>alors que la A est conforme au genre <em>Orogomphus<\/em>. Il convient pour la C de pr\u00e9voir un genre nouveau que je propose sous le nom d&rsquo;<em>Insulochlorogomphus<\/em> (<em>gen. nov.<\/em>), un nom bas\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9partition insulaire des esp\u00e8ces correspondantes sur la P\u00e9ninsule malaise et les \u00eeles de Malaisie voisines. Dans le d\u00e9tail la sous-branche A1 est conforme aux <em>Sinorogomphus, <\/em>qui se placent en sous-genre d&rsquo;<em>Orogomphus, <\/em>suivi en A2 d&rsquo;<em>Orogomphus (Petaliorogomphus)<\/em>. La sous-branche B1 rassemble les esp\u00e8ces du sous-genre <em>Chlorogomphus (Watanabeopetalia<\/em>), B2 pour <em>Chlorogomphus (Chlorogomphus), <\/em>incluant logiquement le type du genre correspondant, B3 est ad\u00e9quate pour une variations d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces aux ailes color\u00e9es (comme pour le sous-genre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent) qui sont propos\u00e9e sous <em>Orogomphus (Chromophyllus)  (subgen. nov.<\/em>) mais convenant en d\u00e9finitive pour le sous-genre existant<em> \u00e0 <\/em>lire comme <em>Orogomphus (Vietnamchlorus)<\/em>. Le nom <em>Chromophyllus, <\/em>est bas\u00e9 sur le fait que les ailes comme des \u00ab\u00a0feuilles\u00a0\u00bb (<em>phyllus<\/em>) sont le plus souvent tr\u00e8s color\u00e9es (<em>chromo<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement. C&rsquo;est le cas d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces pr\u00e9sentes dans le secteur du Kerala, dans le sud-ouest de l&rsquo;Inde. Elles pr\u00e9sentes des caract\u00e9ristiques propres, mais sont en situation incertaine (<em>incertae sedis<\/em>) au sein de la famille. Je propose le genre <em>Sindhorogomphus <\/em>(<em>gen. nov., inc. sedis<\/em>), nom bas\u00e9 sur un terme sanscrit ancien qui d\u00e9signe l&rsquo;Inde (<em>sindho<\/em>) compos\u00e9 avec <em>orogomphus<\/em> connu par ailleurs. La lecture reprise de Carle (1995) me r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu&rsquo;il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vu le genre pour ces taxons indiens sous le nom d&rsquo;<em>Indorochlorus<\/em> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le d\u00e9tails une synonymie suppl\u00e9mentaire se d\u00e9gage de l&rsquo;arbre et sont acceptable <em>a priori, <\/em>par l&rsquo;examen des sp\u00e9cimens disponibles sur photographie (un travail \u00e0 approfondir) : ainsi <em>Chlorogomphus kitawakii <\/em>est mis ici en synonymie avec <em>Orogomphus sachiyoae <\/em>par d\u00e9cision tranch\u00e9e au sujet de ces deux taxonymes d\u00e9crits en 1995 dans le m\u00eame article (bas\u00e9e sur le nombre respectif des publications faites). La m\u00eame d\u00e9marche est adopt\u00e9e pour <em>Chlorogomphus takakuwai, <\/em>mis en synonymie par d\u00e9cision argument\u00e9e avec <em>Orogomphus miyashitai<\/em>, mais en conservant le rang de sous-esp\u00e8ce. Une incertitude existait par ailleurs quant \u00e0 la bonne synonymie de <em>Chlorogomphus nasutus hamalaineni<\/em> et la WOL (Paulson &amp; al. [2025]) l&rsquo;a attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 <em>Chlorogomphus nasutus, <\/em>or, l&rsquo;examen de l&rsquo;arbre phylog\u00e9n\u00e9tique de l&rsquo;article complet, montre bien son rapprochement de <em>Chlorogomphus satoi<\/em>, ce qu&rsquo;il convient de corriger. Schneider &amp; al. (2025) ont dans le d\u00e9tail bien d\u00e9montr\u00e9 ce rapprochement. Ainsi l&rsquo;erreur provient d&rsquo;une omission sur la WOL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel les genres initiaux \u00e9taient <em>Chlorogomphus<\/em>, <em>Chloropetalia <\/em>et <em>Watanabeopetalia<\/em>. Le premier trouve ici sa place \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du genre restaur\u00e9 <em>Orogomphus<\/em>, le second para\u00eet comme synonyme d&rsquo;<em>Orogomphus (Orogomphus) <\/em>et le  troisi\u00e8me est reclass\u00e9 comme un sous-genre : <em>Chlorogomphus (Watanabeopetalia<\/em>). La d\u00e9marche conservatrice est donc appliqu\u00e9e et l&rsquo;informatrice me semble donner plus de sens \u00e0 cette famille des <em>Chlorogomphidae <\/em>que la m\u00e9thode inclusive qui consiste chez Schneider &amp; al. Son appartenance aux&nbsp;<em>Chlorogomphinae<\/em>&nbsp;est en cons\u00e9quence \u00ab\u00a0incertaine\u00a0\u00bb selon Karube (2002).
